At The Fold Line, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sewing patterns and supplies, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused, unopened items. Please note that digital PDF patterns are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or sent.

Return Process

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or email our support team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they remain in resalable condition during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service of your choice to send the parcel back to our warehouse facility.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
